About me and my practice
I am a Relational Integrative Counsellor, which means I can draw upon the most suitable from a range of theoretical frameworks, depending on your needs. Underpinning this is my commitment to fostering a collaborative and secure therapeutic relationship so that you feel safe and able to share and explore any aspect of your experience from the past, the present or where these interact.
Experience
As well as my private practice online I work as a face-to-face counsellor for two charities (including some voluntary sessions) and I have worked in a mental health crisis support role for the last five years.

Free initial consultation
We can speak on the phone to discuss your reasons for seeking counselling and what you would like to achieve. I can explain how I work and answer any of your questions. Then we can decide if we are the right fit and arrange regular sessions.
Fees
£45 per 50 minute online session
Payment is due 24 hours prior to sessions to secure your appointment time.
